2007 OKC Memorial Marathon

The family did the 5K Fun Walk portion of the 2007 OKC Memorial Marathon. We were up very early in preparation for our walk and spent lots of time with the other participants waiting for the start. I really enjoyed walking around the downtown area and even took a few photo along the way that I will post to the flickr site. Amber was thrilled we received a medal at the finish line. Irene is already making plans to do it again next year! Want to join us?

Yard Dawgz 63 - Steamwheelers 41

This is my fourth year shooting the arena footbal team and this was the first home game. I think everyone had a great time, specially during the half-time show with the Grambling Marching Band. A crowd of 7,617 were on hand for the debut of Compassionate Care Hospice Field at the Ford Center, where the Yard Dawgz (2-1) defeated the 2nd ranked Quad City Steamwheelers (3-1). I'm looking froward to the next homegame. See you there?

Senior Head Shot

Just finished a quick head shot session for a high school senior. This was for his annoucements and we are both looking forward to the on-location shoot. I've known Tim for about three years and he is a delight to be around. He is confident, without being cocky.. so I wanted to create a simple and strong portrait. I plan to post the best set on the website very soon.

Yard Dawgz Sponsor Dinner

I attended the
OKC Yard Dawgz Sponsor Dinner on Tuesday night at the
Bricktown Brewery. Irene and I had a great time and got a few
images of the sponsors and players. Food, friends and arena football! I can't wait for the the first home game. See you there!

Good Friday Service

Getting ready for my week, I realized how much happened last week with all the Easter festivities. I took a few photos of the Good Friday service hosted by the youth. They did a wonderful job and everyone left with a renewed feeling of hope. Here is the
