Christmas Day
Monday, December 25, 2006

Despite being under the weather with a little cold, we made it to church for the Candlelight Service on Christmas eve. We continued our long standing tradition of heading over to Denny's for hot chocolate and apple pie afterwards.

OMG! You are not going to believe this little fun thing to do online. I laughed so hard, I nearly dropped my laptop! I saw this on DJ's blog that I try and check weekly. Click here to watch me dance. Happy Holidays!

Reunion Photos Posted
Tuesday, December 19, 2006

The Craig Family Reunion images are now posted and available for viewing and ordering. I had a great time photographing this yearly event and look forward to it each December. The people are great, loving and excellent cooks! It's fantastic to see how this family's bond is so strong through a commitment to each other and the joy in the air during the get together. Can't wait for the next one... wherever it might be!
Enjoy this custom slide show and then head over to our new lab partner Pictage to order your prints. Be sure to search for "Craig Family Reunion" to find your photos.
Thanks again to the entire family for sharing this wonderful time with me.

Editing Projects
Sunday, December 17, 2006

This week went by fast! Didn't it? Before I knew it, Sunday was here again. Somehow the holidays make time slip right through your hands quickly. In any case, working hard today getting projects edited and uploaded. I should have the Craig's Family Reunion uploaded late tonight or tomorrow. Look here for updates!

Craig Group Photo
Sunday, December 10, 2006

Here is the "funny" group shot from the Craig Family Reunion. We try and let lose for the last shot of the day. I always have a fantastic time during the shooting of the portraits. It's great to catch up and see how folks changed from a year ago. This year we had a new baby boy! I can't wait to post the images, his smile and laughter is contagious. I will be reviewing the images today and Monday... Look for an update on the website or this blog.
Thanks for letting me be a part of this wonderful reunion again this year.

Craig Family Reunion
Tuesday, December 05, 2006

I have been asked to photography the Craig Family Reunion again this year. This will be the fourth year in a row! What a wonderful family tradition. The family is over 50 strong, meeting each year in December to exchange holiday cheer... and get new portraits. This year, along with the regular portrait sessions, I plan to include a session of my "Family Hands". Basically, a close-up, black & white, photograph of a family's hands. They can be holding each other, holding a personal item, or even giving a thumbs up. These photographs quickly become family treasures!

Children's Christmas Play
Sunday, December 03, 2006

Tonight we decided to check out our church's children Christmas play and had a great time. The children worked very hard and the place was packed with parents and grandparents busting with joy. More activites abound during this great season. Here's a small image of Nash Moore, his parents are in my Sunday School Class. Check out First United Methodist Church of Moore for more holiday activities.

OK First Winter Storm
Friday, December 01, 2006

Yesterday was crazy getting around, as the roads were icy and the wind was blowing hard.
I really enjoy the snow and was glad to start off December with a little cold weather to remind me of the season.
The colder the air gets, the more thankful I am of the gifts Jesus has presented to me. So many folks have great blessings, but their lives are overshadowed by the "needs" of the now... instant gratification.
This season let's all remember that someone else cared enough to give us sinners a way to redeemtion. Remember the ones that are less fortunate in the basic needs... housing, food, clothes and, of course, the most important thing... love!
